Applications by Invitation Only
The trustees of the Winifred Johnson Clive Foundation live in many places throughout the United States. The foundation leadership encourages each trustee to bring proposals from his or her own community to be considered by the whole board, which meets twice each year.
For this reason, no unsolicited proposals are accepted. Please do not send letters of inquiry or any other materials to the foundation. Board trustees will personally invite eligible organizations.
The foundation only accepts applications through its online grants management portal. The foundation trustee who has invited you to apply will send you the web link to the portal. If your organization has received funding from the Winifred Johnson Clive Foundation within the past 14 months and you have received an invitation to reapply from a Foundation trustee, please submit a renewal application rather than beginning a new proposal.
